How we reached

We increased average order value by $0.50, pushing AOV above $100 across 4M shoppers through a redesign of the mobile shopping experience.

I also ran an experiment with 800K users comparing horizontal vs. vertical product cards. The horizontal layout reduced cognitive & visual load, but also increased the number of products viewed per session, which improved add-to-cart rates, and was rolled out to all users.
